Shipping policy

 As our Twisties are made to order, we aim to get orders made and dispatched within 7 working days unless closed for a holiday. This does not apply to pre-orders where estimated dispatch times will be given in the listing. At particularly busy times (around launch-days), dispatch times may occasionally run over the 7 working days but we do our absolute best to get these out to you asap. 

International Customers:

US customers: we have resumed shipping to the United States. Prices listed are inclusive of tariff charges. Could we ask you to please include both an email and telephone number at checkout as these are required by both Royal Mail and USPS. 

Customers in FRANCE: whilst we collect VAT taxes at checkout, the new Small Parcel Tax is not something we are able to collect and pay and there is a strong chance that you will be required to pay this in order to receive your order. The current rate is listed at 2EUR per item with a further administration charge.

EU customers: we are delighted to inform you that we now include taxes and duties at checkout for orders up to a value of EURO150. These will be listed on your invoice at checkout. 

Rest of World: Please be aware that any taxes, duties and tariffs calculations are NOT included in our pricing, and there is a very strong likelyhood that you will be subject to taxes, tariffs and duties from your country of residence.
